Measurement of quality of care is an emergent theme in value-based healthcare. Information about the results and quality of care is largely missing from our healthcare system. Administrators and regulators, providers and patients, all need this information; it is vital to managing and improving the delivery, management and financing of care.

We have developed a comprehensive quality consulting and measurement capability. We offer our clients several services which include our market leading technology platform Voice of the Patient (‘VoP’). VoP is a technology platform that provides a means of collecting and reporting patient experience (PREMs) and patient outcomes (PROMs). VoP is currently used by a funders and providers to measure outcomes of certain hospital admissions and outpatient care episodes.

Over and above VOP, we offer quality consulting and reporting via a monthly scorecard for appropriate quality of care metrics for clients to monitor the quality of care provided. Our reporting typically includes the measurement of clinical outcomes, complication rates, survival rates and mortality.
