Forecasting

We assist our clients with planning exercises, coordinating inputs across multiple departments, running models and providing explanations of why forecast have changed. We can work alongside internal functions to provide input for executive and Board presentations or can take the lead in preparing these packs for you.

We have experience in preparing short-term granular budgets, long-term business plans, forecasts for licence applications and extensions, and ORSA scenarios. In addition to producing the raw output, our team can provide additional analysis and commentary to make sure that users of the actuarial information understand the underlying message that the numbers are trying to convey.
